We are offering services to our clients in the area of audit, inspection, assessment, verification, testing and training. SCP was established in 1995 in Karachi; Pakistan.

Statement of Policy The SCP Code of Business Conduct was prepared to provide Associates, as well as those with whom we do business and the general public, with a formal statement of our Company's commitment to the standards and rules of ethical business conduct. All Associates are expected to review this Code, and in so doing, agree to comply with its principles. This Code should be considered the basis on which each Associate conducts business on behalf of SCP, and is the cornerstone of SCP's ethical business practices.

Associates encountering situations not addressed specifically by this Code should apply the overall philosophy and ethical standards observed by honorable people everywhere. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our websites and order processing operation. Information Collected During Registration: The information collected during the registration process such as, e-mail address, telephone number, address and a valid credit card number is used only to verify customer's account and to process the orders. The information collected is not sold or rented to any third parties except for transactions involving third parties. The third parties are not permitted to sell, rent or share this information.

Use of Your Email Address: We only use our customer's e-mails to communicate with them regarding the details of their order, their shipping information and or any other customer service related issues. We will occasionally send our customers e-mail with recommendations or notices of new services and prices.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Inspection and Certification Audit
1. You may cancel an inspection or certification audit prior to the date of the inspection, providing that; you have issued a notice via fax or email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we receive it before close of business on the date prior.
2. The inspection or certification date may be rescheduled to another mutually agreeable date and time without additional cost to you, providing you comply with 1 above.
3. If you cancel an inspection or certification audit up to 48 hours prior to the date and time of the agreed inspection date and time, you will receive a refund of your full payment, less an administration fee US$ 50 and merchant fee transaction cost of 6% of total paid fee.
4. If you cancel the inspection or certification audit within 48 hours of the agreed inspection date, and before the date of the inspection or certification audit, you will receive a refund 50% of your full payment.
5. If you cancel an inspection or certification audit within 24 hours, no refunds are offered.

Trainings
The following cancellation policy shall apply to Training at SCP (Pvt) Ltd., The date of the cancellation determines whether the course is still payable, in part or in full, as follows:
1. 10 or more business days: Fully refundable
2. 5-9 business days: 50% refundable
3. Less than 5 business days: No refund offered
4. For training ordered via SCP (Pvt) Ltd., web-based enrollment tool, cancellation notices may be given using the web-based tool. For all other Training orders, cancellation notices must be emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
5. SCP (Pvt) Ltd., reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a Training class at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Training. In the event a Training class is cancelled, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. SCP (Pvt) Ltd., shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
6. If a Training class is cancelled by SCP (Pvt) Ltd., due to circumstances beyond its control, the Customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 6 months of the date of the original class for another class offered by SCP (Pvt) Ltd.,. If SCP (Pvt) Ltd., cancels a Training class for any other reason, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.
