The quality inspection will help you to make sure that all your requirements, specifications, and criteria you have given to a factory are being taken into account and implemented properly.

The quality Inspection is usually performed according to international quality control standards such as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003, AQL standards, ISO 2859-1, but we also perform quality inspections as per your instructions and criteria and according to our expertise and long experience.

ONSITE VISITS

In order to ensure that inspection run smoothly,  we planned and actively manage client’s visits. We do onsite visits, considering the following:

1. Plan your onsite visit.

1.1. Get permission to visit the site.

1.2. Brief auditors about the site.

1.2.1. Provide sociocultural briefing.

1.2.2. Provide health and safety briefing.

1.2.3. Provide security and confidentiality briefing.

1.3. Confirm that protective equipment will be provided.

1.4. Ensure that auditee will be ready for your visit.

1.4.1. Make sure that auditee personnel will know about your visit, scope, and audit objectives.

2. Manage your onsite visit.

2.1. Protect the health and safety of your audit team.

2.1.1. Make sure that auditors are using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

2.1.1.1 Make sure they’re using PPE properly.

2.1.2. Make sure that your auditors understand all relevant emergency procedures.

2.1.2.1 Discuss emergency exits.

2.1.2.2 Discuss assembly points.

2.2. Ask auditors not to interfere with processes.

2.2.1. Make sure that auditors do not disturb operational processes unless unavoidable.

2.2.1.1 Control the size of the audit team.

2.2.2. Make sure that auditors do not touch or use equipment unless explicitly permitted to do so.

2.2.3. Make sure that auditors minimize disruption by scheduling their communications.

2.3. Respect auditee security, privacy, and confidentiality.

2.3.1. Ask auditee’s management for permission before you copy auditee’s documents or take photographs or record videos of auditee’s property or personnel.

2.3.2. Ask auditee personnel for permission to take their personal photo or record personal information about them before you do so.

2.3.2.1 Do not collect personal information unless your audit objectives or audit criteria require you to do so.

2.4. Handle onsite incidents efficiently and effectively.

2.4.1. Make sure that the audit team leader discusses incidents with the auditee and the audit client and make sure that all incidents are resolved.

2.4.1.1 Continue the audit (if possible).

2.4.1.2 Reschedule the audit (if necessary).

2.4.1.3 Interrupt the a­­udit (if unavoidable).­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­
